Sumika is known for their yakitori, but we decided to try the donburi sets instead. We got the American Wagyu Steak Tray and the Pork Cutlet Tray. The Wagyu was bussin’ — super tender and flavorful, and that special dipping sauce perfectly complemented the richness of the beef. The fried garlic spoon on top was a surprisingly delicious touch. The Pork Cutlet was delightfully crispy on the outside and juicy inside, and it came with a housemade tonkatsu sauce that went really well with it. We’ll definitely come back to try the yakitori!
