We had brunch at this restaurant. The setting is lovely, the atmosphere is pleasant, the food was very good, and the service was excellent. Their signature Bananas Foster is incredibly sweet but delicious.

The original New Orleans beignet-and-coffee spot opened in 1862, and I prefer their beignets. They’re smaller, softer, and just taste better to me. We also tried the New Orleans café au lait, but it had a weird bitter taste that I didn’t like.

This restaurant is located inside the massive Jagalchi Korean Supermarket in San Ramon. It’s associated with a Korean Michelin-starred chef, though he’s not actually there. I tried the seafood tofu pot, which was packed with seafood, and the soup had a really rich, umami flavor. It was slightly pricey, but overall, it was a warm and satisfying meal. 😋

We had planned to eat at Ramen Nagi or Din Tai Fung in the mall, but the wait times were around two hours, so we ended up having our lunch at the food court instead. It was alright, nothing special. They gave us a lot of noodles 😄. . I wasn’t expecting much to begin with 😌
