regular croissant: bready. no flaky lamination. strong butter flavor, but too soft and just not great
tahini black sesame croissant: reminds me of b patisserie. tons of wet gooey additions but the pastry itself is still crisp. obviously this was enjotable bc of the ingredients added but it didnt feel super skillful???
i should try thr pan suisse.

I can’t tell if it was because I was just really craving a chocolate chip cookie but why was this one of the best chocolate chip cookies I’ve ever had.
The story was beautiful too: I’ve been sick all day with a cold and no appetite except a really strong craving for a good chocolate chip cookie. I walked in here randomly and it was the last one they had in the bakery❤️🍪 can’t wait to go back and try more things
