the wait at sugarfish was a lil longer than we were hoping for, so we ended up stopping in here to get apps and drinks. got the meatballs which were decent. nothing incredible but i’ve been spoiled by excellent meatballs growing up. sauce was solid tho. the garlic bread was good. the bread was okayish but the garlic/cheese/butter was top tier. I got an aperol spritz which was refreshing as usual. size was great but it wasn’t anything crazy taste wise. vibes and service were top notch.

Had a glass of Chianti and shared a lasagna with my husband. It was delicious. Had a huge lunch do sharing was perfect. Sat outside and enjoyed a clear beautiful California sky.

Caught the sunset at Manhattan beach, again such a great view. We walked up along the houses and holy cow are they pretty. Like seriously some of the houses, crazy. This little restaurant was alright, definitely have had better risotto (lowkey burned the shrimp)
