perfect chirashi bowl. located in Tsukiji market. Also what the fuck Connor, when did taste UI get so good?
Tuna-focused donburi spot in Tsukiji market. They give you a loooooot of tuna so it’s great bang for your buck, especially given the freshness of the fish! Would rec the grilled tuna cheek as a side (600¥ extra) - don’t usually see that often and it was quite good + rich. Had to wait 20-30 min to get in but it was quite fast once you’re inside.
