9 course menu at El Solar in Sucre. Needed a nice dinner for Christmas Eve and this did not disappoint. I’ve never done a big fancy menu like this but I quite enjoyed it. Highlights were the tongue and the amazonian tigers milk. Took us just over 2 1/2 hours to finish, and the grand total for this meal was about $14 usd.
