Sooo good to be back in Jackson, this used to be my go to place to get a coffee when I lived here! Not pictured is that I got to see Elle, so company was great! Since I’ve been on a matcha kick I had to try one from here and it was solid! Pro tip with Persephone is to get half syrup otherwise it’s too sweet! The muffin was not my favorite wish I would’ve gotten a croissant!
