nyc friends have landed in austin 🥳 ACL weekend off to a hot start with a visit to Paprika (new brick and mortar!) this has been on my list for a while as it is highly acclaimed and been talked about in foodie circles here in Austin. I got the suadero (w/ cheese), tinga chicken, and carnitas. suadero was incredible. cheese melted in my mouth and the meat was just as delicious. chicken was really well seasoned and better than I thought (usually chicken tacos are mid) carnitas was a lil on the dry side but still very good. good salsa, good sauce, and good tortillas. one of the best taco spots in austin I have tried. likely top 3.

Easily the best chicken taco i’ve had in austin! Other meats were a tiny bit dry they’re tortas are also really good this place is so good but has extremely inconvenient hours: closed sunday monday all day, and closes 6pm weekdays

this food was incredible!!! i love me a good torta! i’ve been meaning to hit this spot for so long but they are up north, closed sunday and monday, and only open until 6pm, yet this place has 5.0 on yelp. besides their hours and being outdoors, this place is awesome.
