second time was also great but i’m starting believe the fried chicken 🍗 is the best food they got because the noodle soup 🍜 i got was good but doesn’t come close the chicken

hit a quick pump 🏋️ then tried going to nixta but the line was 40 min long 😡 ended up at p thai khan man gai which is allegedly in austin’s top 5 spots. i been here before but this time hit different. i got the pork and cry cry salad. 🥗 luke got the fried chicken and gave a piece…. wow 🤯 might be the best friend chicken i’ve ever had. will be back for sure!!!

after cosplaying as influencers at lift atx, me and manny ended up at p thai’s. one of the top 25 in austin per infatuation, its been on my must try list for a while (especially due to the relative affordability compare to other spots on the list). I got the combo chicken dish which came with 1/2 poached 1/2 fried. I think the poached is the traditional way and it wasn’t bad. the fried on the other hand. some of the juiciest and crispiest fried chicken I have ever had. phenomenal. the rice is also cooked in chicken fat or something so it tasted great as well. came with 2 sauces and a side of broth (which smacked). also got a thai tea to sip. 🫖 will def be back. will probably stick to the fried stuff since I’m not cultured enough to truly enjoy poached chicken 🫠
