Weekly Mendo sponsored by my babysitting family 😆 it’s always so good I’ll never hate on it too much but this one def could’ve used a few more jalapeños for spice and the tofu could’ve been spread a little more evenly but I’ll never complain bc I love my vegan banh mi 😍

obvi first stop after getting back was Mendo bc it’s all I’ve talked about the past few weeks cause I can never to a week without it 😂 I ALWAYS do the vegan banh mi and spicy curry couscous and it always hits. This one felt extra loaded w tofu and jalapeños which was stunning because I’ve been craving spice after just having alcohol and carbs while in Italy 😆
