Food was aite. Sauce didn’t appeal strongly enough. Way overpriced. Good for authentic Vietnamese food, but didn’t have enough variety for those that like to be meat eaters. Will try the pho next time This place is a bit overhyped and is too “tiktokified” Seating is a 5/10 for cramped foot stool seats

Been looking forward to this spot foreverrrrrrrrrrrrr omg. It did not disappoint (except maybe the drinks - sad that it was too late in the day to try the iced coffees). We got one of each small plate except the grilled prawns - thought most of them were exceptional in some way or the other. The snails were nice and chewy, the chicken cartilage was crunchy and suuuper flavorful, eggplants were a sleeper hit (the sauce was garlicky yet rich from the egg), chicken feet (hear me out - def an acquired taste, but they de-bone it for ya!!! No excuses to not try it), and soft grilled egg (it’s a smol boy, but a good boy). The balut was cool to try - not for the faint of heart though they do slather it in a rather strong sauce - but not a must get. The surf clam salad is pretty universally loved but I thought it was just ok? The meat-based main was a bit of a smorgasbord, but you can kind of just create your own adventure. I will say it did take like 35min for our food to come which was insane, but I guess it made the food taste even better because we were starving by the time it came??? Anyways, def wanna come back in the fall/winter for when they bring out the pho, bun Bo hue, and bun rieu.
