Super tender and soft pork belly in the clamshell bun. Adding the chili oil really elevated it to another level. I thought the jidori chicken didn’t add much to the dan dan noodles so i would probably skip the additional charge and get it without next time. Absolutely FIRE chili oil 🔥🔥 wowowow.
