Everything was soo good but my favorites were the beef rolls and the wontons. The meat in the beef noodles were super tender. We got the knife cut noodles but I would probably try a different noodle next time.

Tonkotsu ramen extra spicy is not that spicy but it does have a nice kick. Thinnest slice of chasu you could probably get but ive def had worse.
