I had the best experience at JS Tokyo—their fluffy pancakes are absolutely unforgettable! The pancakes are the star of the show. They’re incredibly soft, airy, and literally melt in your mouth. Light, jiggly, and perfectly sweet, they have that signature Japanese-style texture that’s hard to find anywhere else. Every bite feels delicate and rich at the same time, and they’re presented beautifully too.

Most known for their kiseki pancakes which are japanese fluffy pancake(in the third picture) ! have gone here multiple times and it is always good i recommend ordering their fries - the sauce that it comes with is really good fluffy pancakes do take a while to come out first pic has the regular 2pancake 2egg 2sides second pic is the matcha & strawberry matcha which i think are new items and is pretty good strawberry one is on the sweeter side third pic is the chocolate banana kiseki pancakes and the egg benedict little messy to eat but still good
