shawty took me here saying i got try this place after dinner. ordered the hokkaido milk ice cream in a cone with the MBR (Mochi/Brown sugar syrup/Rpowdered grain i forgor). she got the sweet potato creme brulee and we watched as our cashier pull out a big ass blowtorch and sear that mf right in front of us it was kinda epic. mine tasted like frosted flakes with the sweet milk cream over crunchy carbs but the MBR kicked it up to a 8/10 experience. i dropped 1/4 mochi balls and was genuinely sad, they were that squishy and satisfying to eat like a mothers tiddy in ur mouth except my mom told me this morning that she made too much money and regretted feeding me formula growing up. the crème brûlée is definitely a more performative piece for the girlies, fun to watch it get burned, fun to crack like a latina thats never been treated right, and mid to eat like a latina thats never been treated right. the sweet potato is not for everybody which includes me but overall glad to steal a bite from someone that did like it. tbh the interior could’ve been more interesting than the boring urban metal furniture and awkward ass blue benches but you’re not really supposed to hang out there more than the few bites you’re getting. So What: very glad i was shown this place and will keep this in minding when telling people “i know a spot” for dessert in LA.
