Really some of the best fried rice i've ever had. Peru has a cool history with chinese immigrants and the cultures have become very intertwined especially in food. The chinese-peruvian food is called "chifa" and mixes traditional cantonese cooking with local peruvian ingredients. I got the "chaufa union" which had almost every meat you could get mixed into a delicious fried rice with noodles. This place was highly recommended to me and I will highly recommend it once again.
