went to the pop up in LA ktown. prob best raw marinated crab i've had it was mad bougie it was like the cote of crab.

Michelin guide raw marinated crab resto in Seoul. If you know me even a little, you know I literally have constant, inexplicable cravings for GJGJ all the time... this was very well done (wish it came with more than one crab in the set... 🥺🥺) and the banchan enhanced the flavor of the main dish. Def recommend getting a res in advance.
