Continuously changing menu done tastefully and purposefully. Chef is incredibly thoughtful and every dish always felt like it had flavors I had tasted before just never paired the same way. Honestly don’t love all the dishes but I can still get behind the craft.

one of the best nyc tasting menus i’ve had. warm and welcoming environment, chefs counter was the way to go - so cool to watch the kitchen run like clockwork. inventive dishes that were visually creative and a complex tasting experience. a little bit oversalted, and entrees were underwhelming compared to the starters. will come back to try the a la carte menu.

Came for the tasting menu but determined to return to try the a la carte menu as well. Def do bar seating - you get a view into the beautiful open kitchen, where you see everything being prepped for the night. I don't usually seek Mexican cuisine but this was so fun! Definitely get a cocktail or 3 - the Sakura martini was soooooo smoooooth and the uni gin sour was creamy and unique. Standouts in the tasting include the duck (tender, moist, rich), this really tender house made salami thing????, and the fish on top of the tortilla (I was admittedly drunk and cannot remember the names of any of the dishes to save my life). My friend and I were also sooooo full by the time the last savory course came out; you def get your moneys worth. AND idk how long this will go on for but they're running a promotion where if you register some app, you get $100 off your meal if you spend $200 or more I think. Def a fancy dinner date night vibe.
