this is for the oaxaca location bc thats not on taste. best bars by farrrrr of anything i’ve tried here. the color variation of the varietals was perf. criollo & trinitario were super creamy and rich. hot chocolate was good too, however i am very irritated bc i thought i was getting a flight but instead i was kidnapped for two hours and forced to endure a chocolate tasting. it would be educational and unique and great if i were a diffwrent person. i work in chocolate and my mom works in chocolate so i actually prefer suicide to attending another goddamn chocolate tasting or workshop. i cant
