this the best quality coffee you are going to get in Walla Walla, dare i say south east washington, originally started as a trailer coffee shop! now brick and mortar Joshua and his Carte team are superb and are absolutely dialed in their coffee science, with niche knowledge and nuggets of fun facts about the coffee world and walla walla if you ask nicely haha, love this place
