I loveeee Carbone. Prob in my top 5 fav restaurants in nyc tbh. Spicy rig is a must. Cesar salad is good but a little salty/anchovy-y? Veal parm was a new try and solid! A little heavy though Broccoli rabe would skip. Kinda bitter. Lemon cheesecake was soooo good, light, fluffy. Wish I had more space in my tum to have eaten more The Miami location is a vibe. And happy early bday Jeffrey Kim !
