There’s a blue bottle cafe almost everywhere in the world. But this one in Kyoto was exceptional. The Sakura latte for cherry blossom season had hints of floral notes paired with a rich velvety espresso. Everything was handled like an art piece, thoughtfully placed and cared for. The staff was so friendly and talkative. You could sit here all day and people watch. I miss it.
