Yesterday when I got a donut from Mochinut I also got myself a bowl from BiBimGo, a Korean-inspired service that just opened up over the weekend inside the same spot. I got a bowl with white rice, sweet potato noodles, gochujang chicken, dried seaweed, red onion, pickled radish, mushrooms, sriracha aioli, and probably something else idk it was late. I got it so I’d have some real lunch while working an especially long shift and I was pleasantly surprised!! Bowl-style places are everywhere these days and not all are good but this was rlly flavorful, especially the chicken. I’ve had better sweet potato noodles elsewhere and probably wouldn’t get those as a base again, but that’s my only critique. The place was still very obviously finding their footing, but they’re located on my way to/from work so I might stop in there again to get myself lunch/dinner.
