Ngl Belle and I agreed this is the best overall restaurant in Cleveland when it comes to quality, consistency, taste, and relative price. Sure some places might make better or more fancy food, but the cost will be disproportionate to what is served. If they find a way to scale with this level of consistency and heart they’re going to explode. Can’t feel a lot of love in the food most places serve these days (probably because most of the ppl cooking are being paid to cook as a job reasonably so), but this is certainly one of the exceptions.
