My beef took many microwaves to cook for some reason and the noodles were oddly flat instead of the regular pho noodles??? confusing

pretty good for takeout viet. they gave me so much chicken i was lowkey fighting for my life. pho was pretty good i drank some of ally's. pork belly was nice and tender too but oh my god so much oil
