me and manny had inkind credit to earn so we pulled up to loudmouth. it’s been talked about as a solid pizza spot so we were excited to check it out. ambiance here is pretty awesome; they converted a historic house to a restaurant and they decorated it really well. service was great as well with a talkative and attentive wait staff who prob filled my water up 10x 🙏 we got the brussel sprouts + arancini for starters. the sprouts were phenomenal. truly some of the best I have had. the sauces they used on them really elevated the dish. the arancini was okay. nothing special but still a enjoyable eat. the pizza itself. a little disappointing. my main critique comes from how soft the crust was. extremely floppy and was not able to maintain its shape at all. I think the amount of toppings here really caused the pizza integrity to fail. it’s a shame because the toppings itself were pretty good. but overall the pizzas left a bit to be desired and that was largely due to a lackluster crust situation. I would like to return to try more of their non-pizza items; particularly during happy hour.

Loudmouth Pizza 🍕🏡🥬 Went to Loudmouth with Luke to burn some expiring inKind credit ⏰💳 — ended up finally trying a place that’s been hyped a lot. (Dm me for my inKind referral) First thing: vibes are actually great 🏡✨ The whole restaurant is inside a historic Austin house (can’t tear it down, so now it’s a pizza spot). Different rooms, weird layout, lots of character. Big atmosphere points. Now… the pizza 🍕😐 Too floppy. Too many toppings. Too much moisture 💦. The middle was straight-up soggy, like full structural failure. You had to support the slice with both hands. That said — the flavor was there 👍. The chorizo one tasted good, just not executed well. Great idea, shaky build. Arancini balls 🟠 = solid ✅ Would order again. But the real star… Brussels sprouts 🥬🔥👑 Easily the best Brussels sprouts I’ve ever had. Perfectly cooked, crispy, addictive. They come with three sauces: • creamy 🧄 • sweet 🍯 • tangy/vinegary 🍋 Absolutely unreal. Stole the entire meal. Didn’t hit the happy hour menu this time ⏳, so that’s still TBD — might be worth a return. Final take: • Vibes: strong 🏡✨ • Pizza: mid, floppy ❌🍕 • Arancini: solid ✅ • Brussels sprouts: elite 🥬👑 Would I come back just for pizza? Probably not. Would I come back for happy hour + Brussels sprouts in a cool old house? Yeah… that’s a move.
