This is a restaurant by Jose Andres. @connor took us to one of his restaurants in Orlando, Florida and it was amazing. This one is Mexican/Chinese fusion, that’s my family so how awesome must it be?!?!? It did not disappoint. We started with margaritas, Tim’s was orange and mine was salt air, so fluffy and tasty.😋 Next, tuna ceviche with tortilla chips. Omg!! Heavenly! Finally, Dan Dan noodles in honor of @bradley ❤️ They were very yummy, but I still want try your childhood favorite. These were of course Mexican/Chinese.🤷🏻♀️👅 Overall amazing meal and our bartender/waiter, Matthew was awesome! Located at the Cosmopolitan Resort and Casino.👍
