this place is def up there for Italian in Austin. 🇮🇹🍝😮‍💨 Went w/ Mark + Aryan and got the rigatoni alla vodka 🍝🤌 — unreal. Pasta has that perfect chew. Not mushy, not super al dente, just hits. Waiter said they don’t use egg + everything’s made in-house, which tracks. They bring free focaccia + oil 🍞🫒 — focaccia was fine, nothing crazy, but free is free. But the rigatoni alone makes me wanna come back + try the whole menu. Atmosphere = nice ✨ Service = top tier 💯 Peroni on draft 🍺 (automatic W) They also have weekday HH (3–6) ⏰🍷 which I def need to hit. TL;DR: Not calling it the best (yet), but it’s 100% in the convo. Sapori goes on the list.
