nyc friends have landed in austin 🥳
ACL weekend off to a hot start with a visit to Paprika (new brick and mortar!)
this has been on my list for a while as it is highly acclaimed and been talked about in foodie circles here in Austin.
I got the suadero (w/ cheese), tinga chicken, and carnitas.
suadero was incredible. cheese melted in my mouth and the meat was just as delicious.
chicken was really well seasoned and better than I thought (usually chicken tacos are mid)
carnitas was a lil on the dry side but still very good.
good salsa, good sauce, and good tortillas.
one of the best taco spots in austin I have tried. likely top 3.
