The Cold Brew Trio Flight was honestly so good. From the presentation to the Starbucks Reserve logo in the clear ice, everything about this was perfect. Was especially blown away by the whiskey barrel-aged cold brew. Low acidity and smooth mouthfeel with hints of chocolate, fruit and a touch of vanilla. 10/10 The Kale Caesar Salad was a bit on the sour side. But honestly I preferred it that way. The salad was very fresh and was a good palate opener for the rest of the dishes. The Salmon & Cream Cheese on Toast was average. Just missing a bit of lemon juice. I didn’t really enjoy the Iced Blooming Yuzu Espresso by Nobuki. Might be enjoyable to those who like yuzu americanos. The Paradise Pour Duo Flight was good. The watermelon coconut matcha was very interesting in a fun way. The fruity flavor from the watermelon contrasted the matcha. The coconut whiskey barrel-aged cold brew was alright, a lot less exciting compared to the matcha one. The Matcha Butterfly Pea Swirl Cake was a little disappointing. It was just vanilla cream dyed blue. Also stale… The Tiramisu was really good! It didn’t have any liquor and wasn’t too sweet. Just be careful to not choke on the cocoa powder. The Prosciutto & Parmigiano-Reggiano on Herb Croissant was pretty good. I thought I it was missing something though…

"Going into this, I didn’t really know what to expect, but it was better than I thought. The salad was good (love my sour salads) and as a yuzu americano lover, the Iced Blooming Yuzu Espresso was perfect. I didn’t really like the match roll. Its presentation was great, but the taste was just like your average roll cake. The prosciutto and salmon toast were phenomenal tho. Next time, I hope to try their raspberry croissant" - Joann
