When in Hawaii hit up Pau Hana poke. At first glance this place is a little hole in the wall. It’s attached to a fisherman shop. When you approach the counter that’s where all the magic is. Fresh fish caught daily being served up with an array of sides to choose from. I chose the spicy ahi tuna with kimchi and edamame. The fish was tender in your mouth while the spicy mayo delivered a tangy yet sweet note. The pictures makes it seem like there’s not a lot of fish but there is under the edamame.
