Milldang is a korean bakery that just soft opened in Santa Clara!! we decided to stop by to try their croissants and compare it to Croissante and our conclusion is that I prefer this place it was light and fluffy but richard said it’s TOO light so he prefers Croissante still cuz it’s more crispy and chewier and i quote from him “it has more layers like an onion” We also tried the salt bread which is really crunchy and chewy like a dinner roll but still soft. They had cream cheese salt bread and mentaiko salt bread but sadly they were all sold out so next time. Lastly we got the ham and cheese croissant and got it heated HOWEVER it was not heated at all… that shit was still cold in the middle which kind of ruined the experience for me :( overall experience 7/10 ⭐️
