I finally found a place that’s somewhat similar to Apollo Bagel’s here in LA!! The bagel itself is very chewy and similar but the toppings are not~ The tomato one tho :0 it had Thai basil flowers with a vinaigrette and it was soooo goood~! They only do pop ups on weekends in Culver City and they sell out pretty quick so we went at 8am haha and it was VERY YUM! I also really liked the Nori Bagel (like an Asian twist to an everything bagel!)
