Caliente Cab has good food and a great weekend brunch deal — $24 for a full meal and an alcoholic drink is honestly a solid value, and I liked the vibe overall. Unfortunately, the service really ruined the experience. When we first arrived, no one came to our table for quite a while even though other tables were attended to immediately, and we had to call for a server multiple times. At the end of the meal, we were rushed to leave even though my friend hadn’t finished her drink, while nearby tables (who arrived earlier) were not pressured at all. Being the only table repeatedly ignored and then hurried made it feel inconsistent and uncomfortable. The food was good, but the service makes me hesitate to return.
