so Buri was a fantastic one with pickled jalepeno and yuzu, the tuna collar was incredibly fatty and delicious, i had uni for the first time and OH MAH GAHHHHH i have been awaken to some primal desire, and man everything was fantastic - scallop was incred and can’t forget the shrimp
ambiance was lovely in the sense that the chefs knew so much about the fish, was so kind and funny, we made friends with our neighbors and we celebrated
dessert was cold mochi that was so refreshing and cold - but still maintained its chewy texture, something i’ve never experienced at the same time in mochi
but the best thing was the company that i had to eat this experience with <3 eating with someone that enjoys food equally as you do is truly such a blessing" - ib
