Ah, what a classic. The Rio Grande. This place is literally apart of our fabric…a deeply personal and symbolic place. We’ve been coming here for over 28 years, and it was the very first place we brought each of our kids as newborns. It feels like home and is always the one place everyone can agree on. I love it, and today the food was as good as ever! Extra spicy green chile, melted cheese, fluffy eggs and black beans. Superb. Rio is also known for their margaritas, and they do not disappoint. Being here with family is a blessing I cherish every time.
