this place was popular but blew up more bc the chef is on culinary class wars s2 - SO overhyped. bland broth. i get that’s the point but im really wondering what abt it makes this restaurant popular. if you specialize in one dish it should probably be really really good? not terrible but very underwhelming which i sorta knew going in.
the katsu is decent though (konbans is better)
