+french toast croissant cube: 8/10 yum
+pesto Gruyère bun: 7/10 good bread but needs more cheese or some kind of filling for textural variety
+mango croissant: 6/10 good flavor but the mango was not ripe enough
+matcha chocolat: 5.5/10 not enough matcha flavor and the chocolate needs to be more melted
