IMO, the best ramen on the east coast. Got the classic tonkotsu ramen and the broth was so flavorful and the noodles were the perfect thickness and firmness. Def have to try the spicy tan tan next time. We also got the matcha shaved ice and it was good too (and huge). It’s not rlly bingsoo, it’s more liked ice with matcha syrup. I think you should only get it if you have 4 ppl bc it’s that big lol. Also we came on a Tuesday around 7:50pm and got a table for 4 with about a 30 min wait
