"This restaurant is located inside Hope Lake Lodge in upstate New York and was a great dining option during my stay. The food was enjoyable, and the presentation was beautifully done. I especially appreciated how accommodating the staff was with custom orders. I ordered the orzo and added salmon as my protein, and the salmon was cooked perfectly. The dish was served with half a lemon and a side of garlic sauce, both of which complemented the meal well and added great flavor. If you’re staying at Hope Lake Lodge, I’d definitely recommend stopping by for a meal!" - Skye
