bagels were cold and tough to chew. I don't usually have any crazy standards for smoked salmon, but you can't advertise yourself as a bagel shop specializing in smoked fish, and then sell hard bagels with the most average smoked salmon. at least be less stingy with the amount of salmon you give me!!
