"i love the atmosphere here. tight layout, lights low, warm wood all around—somewhere between a ramen spot and a downtown lounge. 90’s r&b on the speakers and pokemon indigo league on the screens was the feel i didn’t know i needed. pork belly bao was buttery and delicious. kfc bao was tasty, as per jessy. the tonkotsu 3.0 was insanely good. a 24-hour hakata-style pork broth that was rich, creamy and full of umami. it was topped with crispy chicharron, crunchy green onions, and sweet corn. with each bite, i found myself trying to cram in a little bit of everything. the paitan chicken ramen was great. the broth alone was very hearty and packed with flavor. service was nice and quick. 9/10. so damn good." - noah
