Wow. That first sip hit like a cold beer in another country. Incredible collab moment, RDB x Nixta and I am so glad I was part of it. Shoutout to Luke for the find. This was my first time at nixta and now i really want to go back and try their tacos. RDB doesn’t miss and id probably the best ramen i’ve ever had in my life, I don’t know if this was particularly better than my first OG experience at RDB but this was up there. The broth had incredible flavor, the duck meat was so tender - it just melted in your mouth, and the other toppings were a great touch. I can’t even imagine what my experience would’ve been if it was a cold day and if I didn’t have to wait for 2 hours.
