Was pleasantly surprised by this omakase speakeasy in EV - you need to solve a riddle and enter the code before you’re allowed in. The resto also doubles as a mini museum because there are a lot of Japanese artifacts, and after dinner, you’re invited to sip on drinks downstairs where there’s a self-playing piano. The fish is flown in fresh from Japan and the chef is the cutest old man I’ve ever met. There were some fun cuts (barracuda, cuttlefish) as well as the classics (all the tunas, uni, mackerels - which btw were next level since I don’t usually like them). The fish was top quality, and I really enjoyed the little apps and desserts that bookended our meal.
