Lovely new omakase place located in Chelsea with creative and fun pieces as opposed to traditional omakase where the focus is almost exclusively on the taste of the fish. We got the premium ($128) set, though I will say that the $85 set might be more worth in terms of value. The premium got us 17 pieces, including a wagyu + foie gras piece whereas they $85 would get you 12 pieces which contains most of the core pieces I enjoyed (uni, toro etc). Overall, this is a second tier omakase place, BUT probably one of the better ones in this price range. The chefs were friendly and explained each piece, which were all intricately laid out. Would recommend!
