Idk why there are two locations of the same restaurant located kitty corner to each other, but this one is decidedly less vibey, though probably dependable if you need a walk in daytime spot around SoHo. The fusilloni scampi was perf - cheesy, acidic and filled with seafood bits. Avoid the Cacio e pepe - I always forget that I like this dish in theory but never in practice. The sauce congeals so fast and the taste was so one dimensional and heavy that we could not finish.
