Still in awe of the amalgamation of flavors, spices and textures we experienced at this cozy resto in Greenpoint. I honestly don’t crave Mexican food much, but so glad I gave this a go. Res are also not that difficult to come by considering this has a Michelin star, but def recommend sitting at a dining table inside instead of the outdoor patio even though it is heated. The tuna tostada was life changing - the silkiness of the tuna + creaminess of the avo + crispy tortilla + nutty and spicy sesame sauce made for an explosion of flavor. Do not skip. The lamb & swordfish tacos were delish and extremely generously portioned; lamb was spicy and tender while the swordfish was creamy with less heat. The ceviche was yummy as well but not a must get. Overall, the ambiance was lovely and aside from a minor stumble in the beginning regarding allergies, had a lovely time.
