Pop-up of the viral Japanese brekkie spot which originally opened in Brooklyn. Idk if it was because it just opened or whatever, but we waited 30+ min for our food 🤪 and the staff were very nice but not attentive (possibly just short-staffed). The sets are lowkey kind of small, and the brunch menu is quite limited. We got three entrees to share amongst the three of us and some left feeling hungry still 😭 The unaju (eel) set was my fave, and the miso soup that comes with the set was great (if lukewarm). But the rest, esp the tilefish we got was just meh.
