Casual Vietnamese spot around Murray Hill; surprisingly had a 30min wait when we went around 6pm on a Saturday. Thought the fried spring rolls were yummy. Ham & pate banh mi is literally shaped like a foot long and cost $11 - such a steal 🤪; liked the ham but didn’t like the pate as much. The nom nam pho hit the spotttt - I replaced my meat options with tendon and tripe and they were yum; pho broth was on the sweeter side but it was exactly what I craved. The only dessert on the menu was a flan and it actually slapped - gorg juxtaposition between the bitterness of the viet coffee, sweetness of the condensed milk and flan and the roasted flavor of the coconut flakes. All in all was good but probs better suited for a casual meal on a cold day than a fancy night out.
