Midtown location is located in a food court area. Went on a weekday 11:15ish and waited maybe 25 min to get in. The bowl cost $14 and the way it works is you eat about 2/3 of it, then ask for the fish broth to be added, add in the sashimi, and finish it up. Was pretty quick (~30 min in and out) and super fresh. Idk if it’s worth it if you have to wait hours, but def was good and cheap!

"matsu course: i guess good things r worth waiting for cause i again waited for like 45 mins 😵‍💫 it actually was so good tho they give you some dashi when you're almost done and it completely changed the dish. they recommend you put some of the sashimi from before into the dashi and it cooked it which was so interesting. the dashi was so yummy i think i almost liked it more in the dashi." - colleen
